Extra credit will be offered for each literature study we do. To receive extra credit, select a theme from the novel we are studying and then find a recently released movie, TV show, or book in which this theme is applied.
Please submit a 1-2 page mini essay highlighting the background of the situation (plot of the movie, etc.), how the theme is applied, and how this theme is still applicable today (which is why the situation must be set in current times).
The mini-essay will be due one week after your final essay for the novel is due.
